Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. We want you to love your Ghumar. If something isn't right, we will make it right.

Eligible for Exchange

  • Item returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Exchanges accepted for size or style
  • One exchange per order

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items purchased during a sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Refunds

We do not issue monetary refunds except for manufacturing defects or wrong items dispatched. For COD orders, store credit is issued. Prepaid orders with defects receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery (number on our Contact page)
  2. Share your order number and a photo of the item
  3. We will guide you through the exchange process
  4. Pack securely and ship to our Surat address (we will share it via WhatsApp)
  5. Once received and inspected, your exchange ships within 2–3 business days
