Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. We want you to love your Ghumar. If something isn't right, we will make it right.
Eligible for Exchange
- Item returned within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Exchanges accepted for size or style
- One exchange per order
Not Eligible for Exchange
- Items purchased during a sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Refunds
We do not issue monetary refunds except for manufacturing defects or wrong items dispatched. For COD orders, store credit is issued. Prepaid orders with defects receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery (number on our Contact page)
- Share your order number and a photo of the item
- We will guide you through the exchange process
- Pack securely and ship to our Surat address (we will share it via WhatsApp)
- Once received and inspected, your exchange ships within 2–3 business days
