Size Guide
All measurements are from actual Ghumar garments — not generic supplier charts. When in doubt, size up.
How to Measure Yourself
- Bust: Around the fullest part of your chest, tape parallel to the floor
- Waist: Around your natural waistline (narrowest part of your torso)
- Hip: Around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks
- Use a soft measuring tape. Keep it snug but not tight. All measurements in inches.

Not sure which size to pick?
